GOD STILL WORKS WONDERS

John 11:40 “Jesus said unto her, said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God”.

Meaning that if you can believe enough you will see the glory of God, and what is God’s glory? It is God’s mighty hand working wonders; that is undeniable in your life, also in

Luke1:45 “And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord”.

 As we can see in the above scripture that the condition is “believe” Let us hear another statement from our Lord Jesus Christ:

 “Then said they unto Him, what shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, this is the work of God that ye “believe” on Him whom He hath sent”. (John 6:28-29).

God still works wonders, but there is a way it works; the bible said in

Eccl 10:15: that “the labour of the foolish wearieth every one of them, because he knoweth not how to go to the city,”

This implies that if we didn’t understand how to receive the wonders of God, the struggle continues, to everything in life; there is “how to”

 “If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do” (Psalm 11:3),

So the foundation for the wonders of God is to believe and to know Him as the miracle workers,

“For with God all things are possible” (Luke 1:37),

But the problem is can we believe that? , so miracle is not a hard thing as we use to think and also miracle is not to be waited for, stop all your waiting today, many are waiting and wasting, someone said that “the works of God will not work unless somebody works it” so also is the miracle of God,

“For He saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, NOW is the ACCEPTED time; behold, NOW is the day of SALVATION” (2Cor 6:2).

Now in the above scripture means; today is the accepted time and today is the day of salvation, why? Because every day is God’s day, and the day you believe is your own day. The day will usually be as decided by you, which can be any day as you so wish. But God said if you can believe, I can do it today, because today is your acceptable day and today is the day of answer. It is our ability to engaged the word of God, for immediate answer that will make God to provoked in heaven, and respond enough is enough, for you.

There is a spirit of struggling in the atmosphere all across Africa, and many are keying themselves into it, they have choosing to believe the report of the world and of the devil.

My people are gone into captivity; because of ignorance and lack of knowledge.  (Isaiah 5:13 and Hosea 4:6),

 And until we understand the mathematics of God as regard our life and His word in the Bible, struggle continues. My question now is, what do you believe about God? what do you believe about the world? What do you believe about the devil? What do you believe about the word of God (the Bible)? What do you believe about the enemies? Do you believe that somebody is responsible for your problem?, when God’s word said in

(1John 5:1&4-5) “whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth Him that begat loveth Him also that is begotten of Him ………... For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world even our faith” Also the bible said in (Revelation 5:10) “And hast made us unto our God KINGS and PRIESTS: and we shall REIGN on the EARTH”

No matter what the devil is saying to you and what your condition is telling you right now, the light from the word of God remain the only escape root for you. Remember that you are the one that will by yourself; make your way prosperous by what you are doing with your own life and you own time.

“This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shall meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest OBSERVE TO DO according to all that is written therein: for THEN thou shalt MAKE THY WAY prosperous and the thou shalt have good success(Joshua 1:8)”.

 The word of God is clear about us and His promises for our life, think about this statement from the almighty God:

 For I know the thought I think towards you, saith the Lord, the thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an EXPECTED end (Jer11:29).

Also: According as His divine power hath given unto us ALL THINGS that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him that called us to glory and virtue. But do you believe it just like that (2Pet 1:3). 

The holy spirit said to my recently that: there is no man that is resolute in his heart that will not make a mark in his life time and his generation, the key is being resolute in our mind and approach to life, determination not to accept the world as it is, challenge the status-quo, shift boundaries and limitation of the devil.

 Knowing the truth is what it takes, for you to be in command of your life and destiny,

For you shall know the truth and the truth will make you free John 8:32,

There are salient keys therefore if you want God’s quick response in your life.

Ø     Engaging the power of reading and meditation of the bible, and anointed books. Reading enlarge mind and put any one in command, readers are leaders. Reading shows that anything is possible, for you will come across many testimonies and secrets of others.

Ø     Engaging the power of worship, praises, and dancing to the kings of kings. Look at the story of Paul and Silla, also nobody told Herodias daughter to dance, it is after her dance that, her father said I will give you anything you ask; even to the half of his kingdom, many daughters of Zion had danced their way into testimonies, many danced naked every night and their husband showed up quickly. Latter is not in God’s agenda, remember! come unto me all of you that laboured and heavy laden, God said I will give you rest. Matt 11:28, if God can’t give rest, He will not bid us come.

Ø     Engaging the power of hope, believe and faith. Hope is our life, without hope life is gone, believe set pace for faith, because faith is acting on what you believe, all the testimonies of the bible is via the action of the people, when God saw their action He strike, and respond immediately that enough!. Act boldly and confidently, when God sees your action, he will strike also, for God is not a respecter of any person.

For wickedness is real and oppression also is real, but much more real and powerful is our God, and our faith, God can do anything if we can believe, God will do a new thing and He will perform wonders that are pass finding out, if we dare to be proud of Him, come unto the throne of grace with confidence and not beggarly, ask Him boldly. He is your faith, He that did not withhold His only son, but release Him for us, what is it that He will not willingly give to us freely Romans 8:32.

God still works wonders, word of God still work, faith still work, God still respond if we can believe, answer can come instantly, God is not a god of Baal, He is not happy in our distress and pain, and He loves you more than anything else in this world. Act now! Waiting is not an option, do something now!

TRUST.

WHAT IS TRUST: Trust is to believe in something or somebody, to put absolute confidence in someone. It also means to respect someone and not to doubt whatever He says. Trust in God means to believe in him and to put absolute confidence in Him and to live by what His word says. The answer to our prayer we pray to God varies on level of our trust. And if we didn’t trust Him He knows, we can’t deceive Him. Our trust in God must be free from any doubt and any iota of fear. God expect us to live without any fear in our heart.

            The difference between winning Christian and defeated Christian is the level of their trust in God, many know the word; but fail to live by it, take for instance; someone that is dying on the sick bed, and the doctor came to prescribes drugs for him; but he failed to use it, he will never be cure of his ailment, so also is the word that we failed to use. The word of God can not work in isolation, so for us to enjoy the fullness of God; His word must be the rock upon which we build our life and destiny.

One way or the other; we all display some level of trust in material things, take for instance; it’s trust that will make you to seat on any chair, or can you get to any motor garage and enter any car to anywhere to be driven by a blind person? Or you get to an airport and you enter the plane, but before you take off the pilot announce that don’t worry I just want to let you know that when I came in this morning I can see; but as I am talking to you right now I don’t know what happen that I can not see again, nevertheless I can still fly this plane to where we are going, will you allow him?. God is full of Love, He is not wicked and not blind, He didn’t intend to hurt, harm or mislead us. The reasons why we must trust God are so numerous; God must be trust; because:

(1)        He changeth not (Malachi 3:6).

(2)        He is not a man that can change his word (Number 23:19).

(3)        He is eternal creator (Gen 1:1).

(4)        He is original owner of heaven and the earth.

(5)        All powers belong to Him, and He is God of all flesh.

God must therefore; sincerely and truthfully be trusted with all of our life and whole heartedly; because with Him all things are possible, and if we fail at the level of our trust; we will be short-changing ourself and even be at the great losses.

            Can I say this plainly? Faith can only work by trust. To trust God; man must be ignore totally, listen to His word; “Thus saith the Lord; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the Lord. For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited. Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is. For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit. Jeremiah 17:5-8.” The trust here is not only on other people; but we ourself, God said we should not trust our strength, nor in our own ability, not to look at the money you make with your own energy, but to know that it’s God and not me.

            I have also noticed that, as long as we keep focusing on our needs and what we lack ourself; there is no how we can trust God with our finance, and it will be difficult to pay tithe and offering, not even to sow any seed faith, many think of themselves as a poor person and they will not be able to help others in any way. There is a song that says: “Trust and obey; for there is no other way to be happy in Jesus; than to trust and obey”, just obey what His word says and no complaint, ….come out of the boat Peter, since He said come I will ignore the boisterous wind and trust His bid … come”, as long as we are in Christ we must live our life in God’s way and follow his strategies for conquest.

            The world will soon be burning like oven, it is only those that have made covenant with God by sacrifice (Psalm 50:5), that will be exempted from experiencing the economic holocaust that is around now in the world, God is going to repeat the Goshen experience, (read Genesis 47: 1-37). Shift your focus away from your needs and trust God now; which ever church you attend, please begin to pay your tithe, offering, give to your Pastors, and give to people around you, that is the only way out, one thing is sure, “giver never lack”. It works!

            I advice you as one of the privilege people, that have the opportunity to read what you are reading right now, to trust God for everything: your finances, your dreams and visions in life, your life, your future, your marriage, your health, your journey to anywhere etc, listen to me; you can’t protect yourself; neither can you keep your life; so leave it for God and don’t worry yourself any more, for He understand what you are passing through today, He is aware of all your struggle, hold the lamp; ignore the pain, look at the cross and the word.

            How I wish we could understand the whole concept of trust, we will live sweatlessly on this earth, because the whole earth operate on trust and God give us the life we live on the contract of trust, and it will be accounted for whether we like it or not, we will obey God if we truly trust Him and know that He mean whatever He says in His word. Take for instance: “And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all His commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee high above all nations of the earth: And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of Lord thy God, Deut 28:1-2” 

            It is not the faith we know, not the bible we can quote, or the head we know how to shake when we are praying, nor the bible theology in our brain that make the difference, it is practically the faith we live on daily basis and our ability to insist on what God said. This is secret to live, apply it and see the difference, many put their trust in man, know this: “You can not look up and down at the same time, when you are looking at human being, never claim to be looking at God”. Know this truth: the blessing and the prosperity plans of God is not a promise, so it can not be claimed by fasting and prayer, it only works by giving, tithing and covenant, I have seen many prayer giant that are victims of poverty and lack.

            Some tips that will help you: (1) Believe Him. (2) Love Him with the whole of your heart. (3) Have faith in Him. (4) Always communicate with Him. (5) Change your thinking and think like God. (6) Share your moment with Him. (7) Follow all His principles as outlined in word – Bible. (8) Hold Him by His word and insist on trust. (9) Read and meditate His word daily – Bible. (10) Seek Him always and be a soul winner by means of evangelism.

IT’S POSSIBLE

The impossible dream…………. It’s possible. I want you really right now to start thinking about your goals and dreams in life and as you begin to envision them, one of the things I think that is very important is to always go back to look at your goals and dreams, I want you to expand them, and it is very important to realized that, I found out that most people failed in life not because they aim too high, but most people failed in life because; they did just like I did for so many years ago, they aim too low and they didn’t believe in themselves. So I want you right now to begin to think about the lesson in life and all things we are experiencing, all of the comments, stories, strategies and lessons that we’ve had in the past. I want you to know that it’s time to revisit all the goals and dreams, let raise the bar a little bit, let’s go back a little bit and change our approach on how to overcome the challenges, that is a principle of life and it’s a life lesson.

Right now, I want you to think about your goals and dreams in life, begin to raise your bar a little bit higher, say with me “it’s possible” let me share with you; the most difficult things that I have ever done in my life, and it took me years to do and that was “to believe in myself” that it is possible, to believe that I can do it, (given my circumstances). Born in an abandoned building, with my back on the floor, being adopted, failed twice in school, no college education, never work for any major corporation, to believe that I have something of values to say; so that somebody will want to listen to me, to believe that someone will pay me to talk to them. Have you ever thought about something that you wanted to do and talk yourself out of it?, and after listen to many motivational speakers like Zig Ziglar, Robert Schuler, etc. I began to pump that yes…..yes I can do it, and after a while my mental condition began to change and kicking, that Les Brown you can’t do that. Why (1). You don’t have college education. (2). You know who your parents are. (3). You failed twice in school. You too may have many genuine excuses and complaint, commo!!! There is a proverb that says “if there is no enemy in the inside, the enemies outside can’t do us no harm” that is why you make it a point every day, to review this lessons, to get them deep; not only in your conscious mind but also in your subconscious mind, and get them in your spirit, how often to do it….., you must do it; until you are able to produce ……“the desired result”, and when you stop, the negative thought will come back to hold you down, that is when you will begin to doubt yourself. Your dream is possible, no matter how hard it looks right now, it is possible; feed your faith and your fear/doubt will be starve to death (it is possible), even if you have no evidence to point to, say to yourself it is possible, there is nothing as powerful as a made-up mind, it’s a struggle sometime to say it, especially when you have people around you, telling you that it’s not possible, that you can’t do it,

We are in a winners take all economy, let us therefore have a winners mentality, get it into your heart, since life will not give you what you deserve, but will only willingly offer you what you demand....
